SurfaPaint ThermoDry Elastomeric Roof Paint is a high quality, durable, thermo-reflective, hybrid, elastomeric acrylic coating that improves the thermal insulation of the building. Regulates the internal temperature of the building, provides a significant improvement in energy efficiency, reducing air conditioning/heating consumption, regulating and reducing the internal temperature of the building in summer. Prevents heat transfer due to its low thermal conductivity, reflects infrared radiation, returns heat and prevents the penetration of water and humidity, resulting in significant energy savings during winter and summer. Ideal for outdoor use on horizontal or slightly inclined surfaces, the film of this elastomeric coating adheres perfectly to concrete, tar, bitumen, bricks, terracotta tiles, etc. and can also cover smoother surfaces made of metal, slate, certain EPDMs, other smooth or slightly porous materials by first applying a bonding primer such as SurfaMix Universal Primer.
